What is your definition of Healthy Living?

For some people, healthy living means hitting the gym twice a week. For others it is a whole lifestyle including diet, excercises, work-life balance and the very underrated concept of a good nights sleep.

I think for me there is an ideal and then there is the reality. In reality I walk to work every day but still eat a honkin' huge burrito for lunch.

It is true that young age is the best time period of life as its the boom of beauty and all other things but i would like to add that at this stage a man/woman can do any thing . he or she can make possible to every thing so never wave of your studies and and your life objectives. by james if you have any problem in mcitp exam papers IT studies i welcome you to visit

I think you have to keep striving for balance. Try to move at least once a day. While you mayn't shed pounds, it's good for your heart. And, add tons of veggies to that hunkin' burrito, too.
